90 Day Lifestyle Program - Ongoing The 90 Day Innate Lifestyle Plan provides a comprehensive yet simple approach for eating, moving and thinking in a genetically congruent way to get well and stay well. It is an owner's manual for your mind and body and is designed to allow anyone to achieve success in creating healthy lifestyle habits. The program is accessed online, with full customization. This program provides, Health Risk Assessments, Eat, Move and Think Well Plans as well as Functional Fitness Assessments.

Spinal Hygiene Class
Are you looking for something easy to implement at home that will keep you moving and feeling great? Join us for this 40 minute class to unlock mobility and ease of movement! The first half of this class focuses on a routine you can do daily to improve your spinal health while the second half will lead you through some extra joint health and stretching for the rest of the body. We will focus on exercises and stretches designed to restore and maintain range of motion, flexibility, muscular strength and stamina, joint lubrication and nutrition, and proper posture.
